Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

Peers trading at close to 52 week or all time highs (though they are more diversified than PHO), margins moving in right direction, revenue beat (maybe some revenue mgmt involved there in terms of timing) but most importantly, the backlog rose after more than 4 consecutive quarters of declines. Cash is up. There's something I'm missing here. The only thing I can think of is that the street (investors, not analysts) aren't banking on repeat success. With all the negativity surrounding the name for over a yr, one would think that the changing of revenue trajectory would have counted for something.
