I had watched the trading activities on level 2 for the 5 trading days prior to the news release.  It appeared that there was a single big seller that held the share price at 0.35-0.36 by supplying a large ask volume.  This is suspicious that this single big seller might be doing this for Glencore and Katanga to prevent the share price from rising for those 5 days.  This may be worth of investigation by the regulator.  Why not choose the prior 3, 6 or 12 months of volume avergae share price for rights offering? It would be much easier to manipule 5 days of share price.
