With that type of annual dosage output, how can you categorize Forest Remedies, a tiny eco-van and local product selling?  I would call that a small market test to gage consumer habits, preferences, etc.   Sort of like showing off a concept vehicle at the Detroit autoshow and gauging consumer response to it before moth balling the concept vehicle or going ahead with it in mass production.  Have a great day and time will if Forest Remedies at the moment was just a local market test case study or not for a bigger fish.
