RE:BPY.UN /Brookfield trading ~ 30% UNDER their NAV ! I assume their experience with BPR has led them to make the change to BIP/BIPC, and shortly after that BEP/BEPC (they mentioned that at the investor day). It's only logical that they'd reconfigure BPY and BBU as well. (BPR isn't quite the same since it doesn't own all the assets BPY does and doesn't trade in Canada.)

I'll be converting all mine back to LP units anyway, for that sweet sweet ROC.
