Yes, it is very informative and positive.  Can you imagine if RPC had this type of clarity-- If they were able to create PDFs communicating compelling arguments for the HARP?  I fully believe RPC's stock will more than double with the appointment of a new CEO--and that's just on the first day.  It's obvious at this point the HARP is a breakthrough product with an application for 1000's of wells.  Doubtless, RPC will be acquired.  The question that needs to be addressed is at what price.  If they continue as they have, when the buyout happens it will be at a bargain-basement fire-sale price. 
 Obviously ELS understands the greatness of the HARP.  They've created their own lucid PDFs and a nice video.  One would expect this level of communication on a product to come from the manufacturer---NOPE.  I hope with the newly appointed BOD members we will finally have a spirit of fiduciary responsibility and accountability to shareholders.
