RE:Market's reaction to deal

RE:Market's reaction to dealThanks for the great post.  In doing a little math it appears 3.7 million shares of ITC have been traded across both exchanges since Oct 31.  Getting close to 20% of the S/O and most sold below.1.55 CDN.  One thing I noticed as I have been surfing the LTRX Chat Board is most posters don't really know what LTRX is buying and who ITC is.  Neither has there been any serious analyst input from that side.

My guess is the coming earnings release for both companies Nov 13 for LTRX and Nov 14 for ITC, might create some fun.  It is possible that these releases might just be what will tip this deal one way or another.  Be it from the numbers released or the conference call questions.  I do detect soom nervousness on the LTRX side re their earnings / tax loss selling, etc.  and as usual ITC shareholders don't know what to expect.  The only covering analyst for ITC has effectively bailed and said tender your shares as the Canadian Small Cap Market Sucks.

I wish ITC held a conference call to discuss the LTRX Offer, however I suspect they didn't want PO'd shareholders screaming at them .  The LTRX Call was fine until the last caller showed up and the answers to his questions started to make this look like a HillBilly Arranged Marriage.
