RE:Document 728- re APPLE 728 728

RE:Document 728- re APPLE 728 728Looks like the Apple judge is stuck between a rock and a hard place.

He has to eventually cave in and admit the QCOM document. The QCOM development was very timely for QTRH. We have to thank this judge actually because of his miscalculated delay to January which allowed us to get the QCOM docket in. The QCOM/Apple development was pie in the face to him and Apple.

If the LG case gets resolved, it will put extra pressure on the Apple judge as he does not want to look incompetent/negligent as he will surely get questionned by higher oversight offices if this gets delayed or rescheduled again.

I say settle for 200M$ minimum (and close the case against Apple for good) or else let this go to jury and let our 150M$ original jury award become 300M$ (because of subsequent iphones). Fair deal?
