I still think that Santo Tomas will be acquired sooner than we all think.

Next steps

1. Registration
2. Acquisition of Altamura
3. Confirmation Drilling the in the North Zone
4. Few holes in the Braziles Zone (will be game changer from already $1.6 billion NPV)
5. Buyout

If the registration happens this year. Drilling happens in Q1 2020. Buyout by Q3 2020 (my opinion).

Hi Mariusz, This is how I see it:

Registration by Q1 2020

Drilling by Q1 2020

Buyout after drilling etc, Q2 2021

What do you think? i think registration this year is slightly optimistc. i am thinking before end of Q1 2020 registration, financing and drilling by March. Then buyout COULD happen a year later.
i see buyout at 500 million market cap. Assuming we raise another 15 million we will have 50 million shares extra, plus warrants etc, we will be at 200 million S/O. so price of CAD 2.00 in the next 2 full year. Its a great return.
