RE:Olympia are you preparing us for a bad deal?no, not at all, I am just thinking for quite some time about that. Already 2 years ago I was told that Walter trys to avoid dilution under $1, bear in mind, that TUD has had it's high in 2016 at $2.50!
In February 2018 TUD released a fd number of shares of 81 mio shares. Today TUD has 166 mio shares fd. They are suffering a hell of dilution for 60% ownerhsip of Treaty Creek.
All we know is what they told us... a 20% carried interest in the property, meaning it does not have to pay for exploration costs until such time as a production decision is made.
So, could they say after next years round of drilling "we know enough, we'll start a small production slowly ..."and dilute TUO out? After they have made this production decision, who is going to pay further exploration? Could they set TUO under pressure with that to urge them for a deal? This game is not for some 100 mio bucks, this game is for billions...
I think, it's a valid question and highly appreciate others opinions.
