We'll see what happens... Very unlikely that Baker flat out walks away.
 

I'm guessing there are ongoing discussions with Catalyst, L&B and Baker to try and come up with a reasonable price.

But I also wouldn't be surprise for them to wait it out and send out the proxies and wait for December to have the talks go anywhere. I think Baker might just keep playing the game for a little longer (say till December) even if everyone knows the offer fails as is.

If the discussion fails, I wouldn't be surprised to see Catalyst partner up and offer their own bid for the remaining minority shareholders at a higher price. 

I think it's at a point where Baker can't just walk away... He knows the true value and wants it to himself. If he walks and is forced off the board, what would happen to his own investment in the company? Dead money for a few years? Liquidation of the RE where he has to share with everyone else? I don't think this happens...
