Not sure I follow you. You can not force a party to accept a payment in shares, unless it is provided for in the contract. Otherwise, you think that IBC would be forced to accept what 40 million shares in payment (or whatever the price it was at the time of the notice). 

Anyhow, it seems to be one of the most important argument of IBC (as mentioned in the PR). I am curious as to the answer to be given to that argument and especially to know whether it was indeed a condition provided for in the OTP.
