Wittmann is a big boy and can defend himself, so I will not try. However, his concerns are valid.

Where is BNK getting its financing to sustain its growth?
How are they going to survive with declining well production?
Why, as shareholders, have we not had the opportunity to see the offers that were presented to them?

You never seen to answer these questions. Instead you have been dancing around those fundamental issues. WHY?. As I mentioned before, wittman and I, and many others, have been shareholders here for many years and have seem pumpers come and go. If, as you suggest, are buying millions of shares within your group, why not put in an offer at the bid tomorrow morning at .13 cents for 50,000 shares and prove us wrong. Anybody can claim they are investing millions of shares but without some kind of proof, it could be all b.s.
