How many of thise 32 million shares are they still holding.???

I agree . Some shares make sense but 32 mil is ridiculous. . When your taking $400k a year as salary out of a start-up ++++, it sends a very bad message..beside it not being sustainable at all.

The bulk of their income should have been incentive based. $60k a year + bonuses. If they made a millon a year the share price would be $2.00 not a penny!!!

Their incentive was to clean the company out, change the name , dump the original shareholders and start over.

They don't care who gets hurt.
