Nextleaf shareholders took legion metals over in an RTO, 92,000,000 shares went to Nextleaf shareholders, 4,000,000 went to legion shareholders. 
Since then Nextleaf issued 10,400,000 shares at $.40.
the 92,000,000 shares included founders shares, a friends and family round and a financing at $.11 which included a $.22 warrant. 
These shares seem cheap but come at a high risk, pre iPo these shares are not liquid and there is no guarantee they will ever be traded publicly.
This is why we see selling, people take profits, at what look like low prices
. But many early investors are long, like myself
and key is that management is long as well
