RE:RE:Guessing the Outcome
@DasuDasu1 thanks for your wonderful contributions. A few realities buddy: Glencore have a waiver against the Majority of the Minority rule. Don't people read the disclosed documents? I guess not... In any event, once any Insider goes past 90% KAT ownership, the OSC waiver kicks in and Minority Shareholders lose that vote power. It's highly unlikely the OSC would find as you accuse; some kind of collusion with CIBC. Lastly, the 5% take-up I allude to is just a guess. And there are plenty of Opportunity Funds and Hedge Funds that will buy your Rights when they trade (see the Preliminary doc) and come in at a discount - without any prior share position - and for the restructured Mining Company and better commodity and operaltional performances that may be 36 months away. When I say plenty... well it only equates to 5% so rather small. And its just a guess... And BTW, this is a KAT Rights Issue. How on earth do you conclude any Funds raised might essential fill Glencore's coffers? Funds go to KAT pal. Or maybe its just your next level of delusion making you all shout(ey)?? Good luck anyway whichever way your pecker points.
