Market Cap vs Assets

Current mkt cap is $13M. What is the value of the building and land? Hard to say in a market such as this but the valuation of the company seems to be much less than value of this asset, not to mention the pet food business with consistently increasing sales. Also, reviewing Cdn Insider, it doesn't appear that any insiders are selling into this "panic". Are they buying?
