We were 8 shareholders at the meeting, it was held at the home of one of the shareholders.

A written summary of the meeting content was provided to shareholders/members of both private Orbite Technologies Facebook groups, along with proxy/procuration document for voting purposes.

Shareholder proxies allowing me to represent their shareholdings are being sent to actionnairesorbite@gmail.com .
