My take is that if this project was so great any major would be fools not to make an offer before someone else scooped them. Just saying the PFS was promised to be out over a year ago and still no news. Like Field of dreams, if you have it they will come. Again hoping you are right Just don't believe what the promoters say until you see it for yourself.
