The CLA-1816 provides effective pain reduction, without the risks of addiction or respiratory suppression that exist with opioid analgesics. CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

HighSkies2019 Greenwich Biosciences manufactures Epidiolex and is a Subsidiary of GW Pharma. GW Pharma could be one of the companies in talks with Kalytera. It would be an ideal match with them as they are using the same research scientists. That could be why Kalytera decided not to go with the extraction company they were buying into.
