December 28thUnless I am mistaken, CVR has to hold an annual shareholders meeting no later than December 28th. I will be voting my shares against Peter and any other directors. Even if there are any newly appointed directors or nominees, they are still linked to Peter and are tainted.

Is there anyone here who still believes that Peter should be retained as a director?

p.s. - Should CVR not hold an annual meeting, that would certainly seem to be grounds for Peter's removal as a director and officer.
