RE:Time to buy cheap is running out. don't click my spam links below. right valuation is What should entice shareholders is that Dodge & Cox have now accumulated 10.6% of the shares in Encana, why? The retail investor is hand cuffed to such insider information but if these guys put that much money into Encana they must know something, hang in there.
