RE:What the heck is this guy doing for us?He was given 300,000 options, not shares. The options are at $1.64 which means he'll have to give the company $492,000 if he wants to turn them into shares. Kind of the oposite of the company giving him $492k.
On another note, I'v never seen Sedi classify someone as "Deemed Insider, 6 Months before becoming Insider". I guess we'll be seeing an anouncement with that name in it sometime in the next 6 months.
