Financing closed at .35 October 23rd

Financing closed at .35 October 23rdWhile the stock price was at .24.  Its been shorted since then again.

Im not sure today but soon this stock is going to rock.  $14M market cap and they just started this $10M project.  Market is asleep here and I just added more.
