expedient, not so much

expedient, not so much
expediency
[ikspdns]
NOUN
  1. the quality of being convenient and practical despite possibly being improper or immoral; convenience.
    "an act of political expediency"

The spirit of cooperation is not there after decades of being bombarded with the war on drugs mentality that included marijuana and grouped it with much more dangerous opiodes.
This is evident at every turn and the cause of this mentality is not clear.  Maybe our management needs to be more proactive lobbying the powers who be to get some spirit of cooperation for our endeavour to bring our new safer vice to the world.  At least by comparison to the already accepted vice of Alcohol for recreation.  Maybe there is concern that cannabinoid users will succumb to the same detriment caused by over-use of alcohol.
It is amazing that our management didn't throw in the towel to bring our products to market.
The whole greenrush is encumbered with an enigma and conundrum and sorting this all out seems to be the last thing on anybody's list, all the while, frustrating investors and potential investors in a very unfair situation of trying to level the playing field with Alcohol.  That unfairness extends to advertising, licensing to allow serving venues like alcohol has and even to the nonpsychoactive part of the plant that is CBD.  The naysayers want to study this to death and are putting up roadblocks at every turn to save us from ourselves.
Tinley is doing everything in their power to be a progressive new vice and bring alternative benefits for health benefits on a very tilted playing field.  While the goals are the same the rules are subject to change at the whim of the watchdogs and legal and policy makers.
With a little effort and possibly a group effort at lobbying with marijuana hopefuls taking their issues to the rule makers we should be able to sort out the details in a far more expedient manner than is currently happening.
Is it opposition by Big Alcohol or Big Pharma causing delays to the progress we desperately need to bring cannabinoids to them that get value from their use?  Is it fear from the black market?  It doesn't seem to be fear from the consumers who want these products and there have been decades of use and the downside is minimal by comparison to Alcohol and Opiodes.
Tinley is developing products for the future and they are doing it now.  Amazingly we have some of those products on shelves in California despite expedient spirit of cooperation from society's watchdogs.
Maybe investors need to contact their political representatives with their concerns because the pen is mightier than the sword.  glta and dyodd
