Question about EIT dividend

good pts on this stock. can anybody elaborate on their experience with this stock; EIT.UN during downturns? How does is exactly underperform?

-also what is the payout ratio like for this stock? can anybody speak of it in terms of the dividend payout ratio? have they considered raising the dividend to attact more investor interest?

-What's the MER for this fund?
