RE:does nmx carry any debt ?

RE:does nmx carry any debt ?one should be able to find out how much debt they have if any...
but it is not only debt that's important, streams are also a form of debt, taxes are also a form of debt...
NMX was not very transparent releasing details of the deals and contracts, it was always vague in the NR’s…any stream deal can have a number of small print with all kinds of obligations, who knows?!
At this point I’m not interested in spending any time digging through their NR’s to find out…just waiting on sidelines to see what happens…all those bad deals will slowly surface on their own and we’ll hear about them…

For example we never heard of deals made with the First Nations, I’d be curious to see how much pressure if any comes from the reserve…First Nations are very nice people if everything goes OK and they get paid but when the Dollars do not flow they can get quite impatient… I do not know this particular First Nation but if they get pissed off they can easily take all that new machinery and sell it for scrap metal. They can block access to the mine….Don’t pissoff the FirstNation…keep the payments going whatever that may be...

that they cant pay .
idont think so .
in that case there is no compelling reason to sell or accept a bad deal.
we can wait it off as long as it takes .there are no sharks after usforcing us to accept bad terms .
am i wrong ?
calgary you agree ?
if financing is not found they will find a way to cancel bad commitments and start afresh.
i think the deal takes time because there are many moving parts not because they are sleeping
or hibernating .i am naive
