Jack, I know you're not dumb, so what's with the act? You know damn well they WANTED to sell DL because they didn't have the operating capital to keep what amounted to an R&D fab in Signapore running or the capital to make the necessary expansion investment to move DL over to profitibility and the "fab light" model was the most attractive option moving toward 400G. It allows them to utilize the big brains in Ottawa to develop the Lidar app for the OI.
