RE:Here is the situationOK so I am a long. forget the share price lets look at the FACTS. Lets figure this out they owe 7.2 million to the JV because they agreed to sell 40% of the weed at a certian price and didn't live up to that, so they have in fact broke their contract. That's just one quarter what happens next quarter when they ramp up production and ONCE AGAIN emerald can't find a home for their 40%? sorry but retail stores just aren't opening up fast enough (esp in Ontario), not emerald managements fault but they did agree to take that 40% and THAT is managements fault....the facts are the facts. The amount they get billed will be MUCH higher next quarter. they are clearly in cash trouble as they just diluted us at .57 a share. Its starting to look like a slow bleed out for emerald. How does this possibly turn around? They don't have the 7.2 million in the bank even with that dilution I spoke to IR 2 days ago, so they can't cover this amount owing let alone the imminent next billing. The market is starting to price this as a failing company
