Paperwork filed with the SEC to have the shares listed on the Nasdaq. The filing has an effective date of tomorrow after market close. The filing refers to the shelf prospectus filed a couple years ago so it seems the company is authorized to raise up to $250M CAD. Will be interesting to see how big the first raise is...
