RE:Nasdaq Filing

RE:Nasdaq Filing
I do not see a pending listing for Nasdaq.
Are you able to post a link?
This company is in a downward spiral.
It has lost over 98% this year and not finished.
This company will make money but don’t think for one minute that any shareholder will share in this. The left pocket will pay the right pocket and
dilute you into oblivion. I don’t believe for one minute that Nasdaq will
allow crooks like this on their exchange.
It will be very hard to sell an IPO with a Securities investigation and imminent
lawsuit. Perhaps it will just be more of a money grab and
further dilution to finally wipe out remaining shareholders is the agenda
before showing revenue profits. Either way these crooks couldn’t care less
about the current shareholders and have shown that.
All you need to do is open your eyes.

Paperwork filed with the SEC to have the shares listed on the Nasdaq. The filing has an effective date of tomorrow after market close. The filing refers to the shelf prospectus filed a couple years ago so it seems the company is authorized to raise up to $250M CAD. Will be interesting to see how big the first raise is...
