It is a good thing that...
...Largo’s situation is NOT unique (slide in price of V). If it was, I would be nervous and sell. What has been unique only to Largo is the remeasurement element – but- that will soon be history. Although this stock sneaked below $1US it will likely NOT go under the $1 CDN (my humble view) – although – it may test that point (attribute <50% probability to such). It doesn’t have to and, based on the V price of late will likely not test.
 
REMX (rare earth etf) is posting higher lows and appears poised to head to greener fields. We may have temporarily dipped below the bottom – testing and retesting… Conceive a context where V prices start heading up, where rebar standards are further accelerated in implementation, where niobium substitution is somewhat diminished, where HP goods are sold directly to an array of customers… where does that leave the sp we are currently experiencing?
