C$0.24 in EPS and book value to $9.24. ROE is now over 10%.

It's just a matter of time before it goes up or gets bought up.

Tricon Capital is trading at about 10.7 times earnings, so TII should probably trade at a comparable multiple.  In 3 quarters so far this year, TII has ~ C$.51 in eps.

So where do you think it should be trading?

Assuming they can do another $.20 C in Q4, I would say at least $7.50 but that is still far below book value. Bottom line is I think it is grossly undervalued currently.
