RE:How did you guys learn how to trade?I have been following the stock market since 1953, off and on. Much of my training has been in the School of Hard Knocks. I have had many failures and lots of successes as well. There are many newsletters out there, and most have something useful to offer. Right now I only subscribe to resourcemaven.ca. In addition to detailed descriptions of her "picks" (including maps and sections (which need not necessarily be studied in brain-crushing depth)) she gives a nice overview of economic conditions and their effect on resource stock prices. I believe she offers a free trail for a few weeks. She does not attempt to scam anybody. Take time, and enjoy your learning curve. Be careful, and have good success.
