it would be put to a vote. A $4 price could shake alot of shares free for shiseido to pick up. Once they had over 50% they essentially have control. Of course shiseido wouldn't release trial details until they owned replicel. So we wouldn't how effective RCH01 was. The best case scenario, in my opinion, would be for shiseido to move forward with royalty agreement. Once the data was released the market would drive this stock through the roof.
