RE:RE:RE:RE:DELISTING this is FALSE !!! it MUST be 30 CONSECUTIVE TRADING DAYS  before they can even START the delisting process. This takes it till at LEAST December 23rd at the EARLIEST that a delist process can even be started. (not sure it even stayed under $1 since last Monday) and then if even for 1 trade it hit the $1 mark again that 30 days starts ALL OVER AGAIN. So NO not coming "soon" . Please check out the rules for delisting on the NYSE
