Wow,  you think just maybe.   Seriously,  let's not ge too carried away here folks.  Guess
its better than a negative report but not by much.  That's typical of analysts.  Afraid to be
too optimistic.  I didn't invest in IPL to maybe make a few bucks.   There are targets out 
there anywhere from $35-$45 and even $50.  They're investing over $3B and expecting 
over $400M in revenue from this project.  The buyout price of $30 was a joke that was
soundly rejected but it gives investors some idea of a floor for a starting point.
