You are mostly correct because most penny stocks are pre revenue and on a constant news cycle to hopefully drive enough hype to get them to a developed product or piece of land that's worth something. There are many exceptions to this though where companies that are about to make a huge break are ignored, bashed and manipulated only to thrive. This company has had its moments of that and I feel right now is a case, how can it be worth less than it was worth before we got news of payment? That is a clear failure of the market to properly value a stock (either before the news or after - someone is wrong either way).
One analyst pegs us at .70 and I agree and expect we will see it as soon as the money comes in. Not going to make me rich but definitely would be nice.
