Looking to join opposing voter group Partner's REIT

Looking to join opposing voter group Partner's REIT1. Don't believe "independent" valuation commitee and un-biased fairness BMO advise.  Value is off.
       i) $39.6 million of equity over 46.5 million shares is $0.852; not $0.78.
ii) change the cap rate ( $income over value ) by only 25 bps. and the ereal estate valuation is much higher. I have yet to receive the valuation that I have requested.
iii) Mr. Grant Anthony owns 7,226,436 Units (15.7%) and is not independent;.
iv) How is the 36.3% Lock-Up favorable vote benefiting from the "Support Agreement" Mr. Moray Tawse owns  the additional 9,514,246 Units (20.6%). This agreenmnt should be made public.

2. Why is there a separate Discent voting process independent from the voting for/agains the Arrangement proposal?

The locked up vote is not sufficient even when added up to he MAA 20.03% ownership to secure full approval of 66.67%. As such, I would add my dscent vote to those who want to discent
