RE:Time Out, Huddle, go back to basics let us make long story short. V all were/are in the stock because we saw some potential but if you don't see red/yellow flag going forward, u r not realist.
1. Do u think it was appropriate for CEO to end the CC without Q & A. If there was any reason he could not stay for another 15 min, is there no one else in the company who could take Q? If not that is bad.
2. Development of a new product in IT requires lot of money on on going basis. SIM don't have that money. They have to come back again to the market and this time it may be around only 30c
3. Declared orders so far in Q4 indicates that revenue may not match Q3
4. very low chance of SIM be cash positive by 2020 ends are not good, leave aside net profit.
SIM is now 2021 story

As most of us know or I would like to think that most people with some business experiance especially with start up businesses know that there will be bumps in the road, not everything will be clear sailing on a upwards path.
When I look back at the time line of when Siyata first came on my radar which is around 4 years ago I was instantly interesed in learning more. A call was made to Investors Relations and I had a good chat regarding what Siyatas game plan was.
Here we are 4 years later and from what I can see Siyata have done pretty much everything they set out to do. Develop a new set of pruducts that will take advatage of the newer intially 4G and now 5G networks . I am sure the plans were ambitious to be able to accomplish this feat in maybe a 2-3 year period but like most things there curve balls thrown at you along the way.
Somebody mentioned they blamed the POT Industry and mentioned if Siyata's numbers would have been better the stock would have increased in value regardless, this maybe true but I do think that from what I have read regarding speculative money in the market that the Pot Industry was accounting for about 80 cents out of every dollar invested. I am sure this did have some effect not only on Siyata but many other small cap companies. I also think that Siyata underestimated the extereme amount of red tape they would be put through in order to obtain Tier 1 approval. Sounds like it in total it was about 1 1/2 - 2 years.
So back around 3-4 years ago things were looking good, maybe the excitement of this new technology did in fact get a bit ahead of itself and the stock ran to 70 cents. Then the market realized that maybe these anticpated sales were not going to be quite as quick as even myself thought that they would be. Around this same time as mentioned earlier a lot of money was pouring into the Pot sector, and I mean Alot. Around this same time it was evident that the 4G technology was going to become on play a lot quicker and that Siyata better switch gears and start to get ready for that.
So a miscalculation by the Company ? maybe but hey its touph timing everything perfect. This had an effect of 2-3 quarters of have a transition period of trying to sell the older legacy products while gearing up for the more advanced UV350. So when I think about it Siyata have faced 3 pretty good size curve balls along the way.
1) A lot of money going towards the Pot Stocks
2) Quicker transition from 3G to 4G
3) Extreme amount of testing, Due Dilgence, Trials, and approvals from Tier One Operators
So here we are to day, AT&T , Bell, Rogers, and very soon to be another very Large Tier One Carrier in the USA
THe most recent quarter having sales up around 60% along with increased margins
New products to compliment existing ones in early 2020
School district in Flordia having placed a $900,000 order and the adding to it
Orders from various Industrys like Taxi, Cement Trucks, Construction Industry, Law Enforcement, Ride Share
Fellow Investors and Potiental Investors I strongly suggest that as I have said before, pleas do not invest in this stock or any other stock based on what you read on this board. PLease take the time and really do your own DD so you can make an informed decision. I will admit I am a guy who most often sees the glass half full as opposed to half empty. I like to think of the reasons why I see this company succeding as opposed to the reasons it might not. I think if you were to go back in time and if most people concentrated on reasons why something may not succede we would not have life style we have today. I am sure a lot of people thought the Wright brothers were crazy.
Anyways as Warren Buffet always says don't invest in the stock price, Invest in the Company !
