Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:RE:TSX disclosure standards

RE:RE:RE:TSX disclosure standardsJust a thought. I am not sure that you are wrong but not necessarily right either. Drill results good or bad are not necessarily a material change as to the prospects of the company, as the purpose of the flow through shares is to raise funds for exploration drilling in the first place. This is an ongoing process and early days. If the company releases parts of a drill program, good or bad, and not the program itself in full analysis, it could be deemed prejudicial (negatively or positively)  to the  take up of the company's current share issuance offered at a fixed price, which would or should be evaluated on known information already published and evaluated  as to prospects at the time of issuance by the investing public, and in accordance with the material presented in the offering.

So perhaps the company has an obligation to sit on incomplete assays.(??)

It’s a good point to raise I think so If you want to play ‘stump the regulators’ for fun, as it is indeed a good point, you could call Toll Free: +1 Or  IR at Great Bear for a definitive answer?
