That company in my opinion was a total SCAM. Ended in Bankruptcy. HUGE capital down the drain there!!! Get rid of Walter Dawson ASAP.

Shareholder special meeting to replace the entire BOD and sale/merger/liquidate this Condor.

Walter Dawson should not be an officer or director of ANY public company!!

Totally agree. Tuscany was a big scam.
