The art of writing press releases. Look again. It's non-dilutive equipment financing. And also a private placement dilutive unit pricing at .05. Would anyone existing shareholder here been happy to take 200,000 shares (forget the warrants) at .05 which is 15-25% off the .06 - .065 current price. It would only take 92 investors to complete the entire placement, and save issuing an additional 18,500,000 warrants. This should have been offered to the market first with the directors and insiders completing the placement. oink oink
