RE:RE:RE:Stk Option Plan & BoD MembersMy own view is incentives are a great motivator however I am not inclined to provide incentives to the current BoD members they have cost current shareholders a wad of cash and have managed to drive this stock to record lows with both its failed JuVa proposal and its hands off management of this company over the last few years. I am voting for Haney and withholding my supprt for 2 of the 3 current Directors up.
At the moment i prefer to see what happens when NIS begins releasing more updates on the Romanian wells and the transport of the oil and gas. Once there has been some appreciation of share value above these rock bottom levels and they have done some work to increase share value i will be happy to vote for generous incentives and financing for other investments. But giving it now just means they get easy money with little effort as the share price is likely to increase with no action at all from the Board
