RE:A few IVN Head Scratchers

RE:A few IVN Head Scratchers

But investors are not walking. Share price is trading sideways after recovering. Anyone who believes the Company doesn't have what it takes should simply sell.

1) Friedland sold (1.08/14.28) x 100 = 7.56% of his position at $3.98, a substantial premium to the market. 12.9 million shares is a huge chunk for us, but it's still only a small portion of his holdings. Undoubtedly the Chinese companies would have been delighted to buy it all. Why did he sell? Maybe he needed the funds elsewhere.

2) ITOCHU have not opted out of Platreef. Instead of paying cash up front for development, they have agreed to debt financing.

3) Mokoko results not in? Who cares? There is so much high grade copper at Kamoa it would barely make a dent in the resource.

4) Insiders often sell their options. They use the options to supplement their salary. It's always a good sign when insiders refuse to sell, but the fact that officers are selling is not unusual.

The primary outstanding issue at this point is what kind of deal will the DRC cut with the operators at Kamoa.

Guarantor, please don't tell us you're long. Maybe you are, and maybe you're not. Now scream and yell to your heart's content.
