Valuation ?

On New Found Golds website there is a chart which shows IDK owns 23% of New Found Gold which is not currently a listed company. New Found Gold has a drill on the ground on their Linear project in Newfoundland. Looks like follow up drilling to a rock and cobble train with lots of visible gold. Local comment is that the drilling hit good gold results but so far there is no press.
My question is how do the shareholders of IDK benefit from any value in New Found Golds results if there is no New Found Gold stock listing yet?
