It is a CRIMINAL offence for a publicly trading company to withold from the investing Public any info that would deflect an investor's interest in eling that equity, ie keep him in a position in that equity that he would leave had he had full disclosure. Even worse is enticing potential investor w/o telling them that which would have diminished the iinterest.
