RE:RE:RE:My 2 centsAgreed kjs4381..... But Clarify one thing, when Essel signed the JV, paid a lot of Debt that Simba had created and that's the case again right now, WHO WAS LOOKING AFTER SHAREHOLDER'S INTEREST???? Wasn't it supposed to be Donning and Simba?...So who failed us and allowed this? SIMBA and Simba only and alone....Dinning and Simba created this situation where Essel walked away, like Ajax walked away... due to unproductive Execs.....Look at the HALT...this is the SECOND time due to Dinning not Filing NR on Time or with Errors.....How can you blame the powerful Partners?..... Ofcourse, Kenya has 437.5M to 3B barrels. JUST NEED TO DRILL 2 ultra deep holes that Gagan and Essel had promised..but seems like the promise is broken and that's not an Indian Hindu Virtue...but what transpired such, is unknown here, since we are unable to contact Gagan DIRECTLY as I have ZERO faith in Dinning since day 1, (2009) when the Office was lying about Liberia, Sirleaf and Liberia's Elections....,His numerous PP $$$ wastage and not progressing the company but working on his own Agenda and his other Metals and Mining companies. Was successful in raising funds for Meadow Bay in October and yet he let Simba FAIL in every aspect and lose Shareholders trust again...too bad, so sad. We've been let down terribly but praying that Hassan can Rescue Simba as he is the Founder, with a White Knight in Shinning Monetary $$$ Armour.....EOM..

Also as I mentioned, Essel paid a variety of experts to analyze the data that Simba had before entering into the JV. These experts agreed that there was much more there ( than what was uncovered by this inferior seismic data) It's just my opinion, but I think that if your overall plan is to take over the company, it's advantages to make it look poorly. Thinking back now, why the strong push to change the name from Just Simba. Then the Kenya government approved Essel as a partner for Simba. Everything is going according to plan. Next move, no more shareholders, then Essel takes 100 percent ownership, then they actually purchase a drill ( you know the drill they said they'd purchase 3 years ago but didn't.) Again this is just my opinion, let's revisit this in a year and see what happens.
