Broker #9 is offering 289,000 ahares for sale @ $0.33 (in a block). He must be crazy! CZO is a thin trader and he risks to sell at a much lower price. He should remove his order and ask his broker to look for a buyer interested to buy the whole block at a negociated price. The charge for such a trade could be around 1 cent per share. Never to late!
