Not so fast there Wilander....As there was no release of news into the public domain by any of the Cdn news services/outlets,you might want to temper down your rhetoric. My error relates to you being in the court room when this settlement was announced only and the delay it received in being released out into the public domain by QTRH.

Were you acting as a Quarterhill public relations/investor relations employee when you announced what you heard? Were you able to trade upon the news you heard in the court room? GLTA
