Agree on all your points , Essel never lived up to their promises. Simba was completely reliant on Essel and they have NOT lived up to their comitments. Don't believe Dinning lied but only provided info that he got from Essel own employee, from what i understand  from previous comments Essels own CEO was not as forthcoming as he shoulld have been.
Not sure what Simba can do, enevironment for funding exploration in Africa is just about non existent. Unless Essel comes up with money for drilling  can't see where this goes. Lots of questions but not many answeres.
